Mission Statement

CPR is a lifesaving technique. It is important that CPR/BLS with AED, and First Aid courses and re-certification take place to ensure that knowledge is up to date with the latest Heart and Stroke Foundation guidelines. To ensure that the first responders in an emergency event are empowered and confident.

Purpose

Heart Attacks is the leading cause of death in Canada for adults above the age of 20, furthermore, most accidents happen either at home or at a workplace!

I want to teach as many people as I can the safety in the workplace. What to do when an accident happens, as it can happen anywhere and to anyone! I cannot stress how not only important but also valuable it is to have this knowledge, and knowledge is power. I want individuals to feel empowered. When an accident happens, to be able to help out another human being and to have them reach medical care safely, is priceless. At the end of the course, You will not only learn how to avoid an accident, but what to do when an accident actually occurs to either your loved one, to someone that you work closely with or even a stranger!
